Few engines in automotive history carry the prestige and presence of a naturally aspirated V12. Fewer still wear the winged badge of Aston Martin....
Aston Martin Celebrates 75 Years in North America
In 2025, Aston Martin marks 75 years in the North American market with a high-profile presence at the prestigious Monterey Car Week in California. This world-renowned gathering of enthusiasts, collectors, and top-tier automakers provides the perfect stage to showcase the British brand’s legacy and innovation. To commemorate the occasion, Aston Martin is unveiling exclusive new creations and exhibiting some of its most iconic models.
The Thrillseeker Collection: Three One-of-a-Kind Convertibles
A highlight of the celebration is the global debut of the Thrillseeker Collection—a limited-edition series of three open-top sports cars, crafted by the Q by Aston Martin bespoke division. Each convertible pays tribute to the ever-changing hues of Carmel Bay and the liberating joy of top-down driving.
- Vantage Roadster in Mako Blue: A shade inspired by early morning light and coastal mist.
- DB12 Volante in Seychelles Blue: A vibrant hue reflecting the midday sun's energy.
- Vanquish Volante in Ultramarine Black: A rich, dark colour that evokes the mystery of twilight.
All three feature bronze wheels, matching exterior accents, a signature rotating bronze centre dial, and a set of custom-designed luggage. With only nine units produced—all already spoken for—deliveries are set to begin in late 2025.
Valhalla: From Concept to Road-Ready Supercar
Monterey Car Week also marks the debut of the production version of the Valhalla, Aston Martin’s first-ever series-produced mid-engine supercar. The Valhalla fuses striking design with Formula 1®-derived technology and electrified performance. It is also Aston Martin’s first plug-in hybrid vehicle to offer full electric driving capability.
The Valhalla is showcased at The Quail: A Motorsports Gathering and the Pebble Beach Concept Car Lawn—two iconic venues where the automotive world’s most exclusive innovations are revealed. This milestone signifies the transition of Valhalla from a bold concept to a road-legal reality.
An Immersive Presence at Pebble Beach
Aston Martin has created an exclusive lounge near the Spyglass Hill Golf Course to welcome guests throughout the week. This private setting doubles as a luxury showroom and bespoke experience centre, where visitors can explore the brand’s latest models, configure custom vehicles, and participate in themed activities—including a partnership with premium whisky brand Glenfiddich.
On display are the Thrillseeker Collection, Valhalla, the high-performance DBX S, and the new Vantage S, marking the return of the “S” badge for Aston Martin’s most performance-focused variants.
Test Drives and Unforgettable Moments
Guests are invited to experience exclusive test drives starting from Bernardus Lodge in Carmel Valley. Along scenic local routes, they’ll have the chance to get behind the wheel of Aston Martin’s flagship models: the DBX707 (high-performance SUV), the elegant DB12, the dynamic Vantage, and the V12-powered Vanquish.
The week concludes with the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, where Aston Martin guests enjoy privileged access—from the iconic Dawn Patrol to the grand reveal of the Best in Show.
By blending heritage, exclusivity, and forward-thinking innovation, Aston Martin’s 75th anniversary celebration at Monterey Car Week reaffirms the brand’s place among the world’s most prestigious automotive names. From the striking Thrillseeker Collection to the launch of the Valhalla and immersive guest experiences, the event perfectly reflects the timeless yet modern spirit that has defined Aston Martin since its inception.
