New Aston Martin Residences open in Miami

It’s been quite a year, and this story about the new Aston Martin Residences down in Miami is a ray of sunshine for those of us dealing with the November gloom. The Aston Martin Residences will open on Biscayne boulevard next year and will include 391 apartments as well as 7 penthouses and 38 Signature residences.


Penthouse and residence owners will find a special gift waiting for them after they complete their purchase in the form of a new Aston Martin DBX or Aston Martin DB11 waiting for them in the garage. Indeed, the Residences top luxury homes come with a free car when purchased.


It gets even better. The single, three-story penthouse located at the very top of the 65-story Aston Martin Residences building and priced at $50 million comes with the final production Aston Martin Vulcan. Yes, that’s right. Not only do you get a stunning penthouse with 27,191 square feet of space, but you also get one of the most exclusive high-performance cars ever built.


Only 24 Vulcan units were built. They are designed exclusively for track use and come with a 7.0-litre V12 delivering 820 horsepower.


The DBX and DB11 models handed out with the new homes are special Riverwalk Edition trims designed by Aston Martin executive VP and chief creative officer Mark Reichman.


The Aston Martin Residences include a virtual golf room, two movie theaters, a chef’s kitchen and a deep-water superyacht marina. If you’ve ever said you loved your Aston Martin so much you could sleep in it, the Aston Martin Residences are for you.
