The cars are being built at Aston Martin’s Newport Pagnell classic car centre. The former plant was used to build the original 898 Aston Martin DB5 models and many of the production techniques used on the original DB5s, like hammering and rolling body panels, are being used in the continuation cars.
Better yet, these special DB5 Goldfinger models will come with all the gadgets a British spy would need such as a rear smoke screen, a revolving license plate, oil slick delivery system, and machine guns that pop out the front. There’s even a radar screen inside. Selling price? About $3,3 million US.
